Mission Statement:
To build an organization for our children with the premise of maintaining a family oriented athletic program in the best interest of all the kids who participate.
OUR PROGRAM
Our Program was founded approximately in 1960. Together many dedicated coaches, parents and friends built the program into what it is today. Throughout our history the main ideals and goals of our program have never been altered. Our board of directors have strived through the years to provide the opportunity for our community's youngsters to play tackle football and learn the skills required to compete in the game. Community oriented athletics nurture those hard developed qualities of courage, determination, self control, and team work. Qualities that will be sure to develop when the athlete is repeatedly confronted with situations demanded of them on the practice fields, game fields, and competition. They will carry these qualities with them to their other endeavors in life. The support of a well-administered athletic program fosters the Community's most precious resource, the energy and strength of its youth. There is no one-step miracle plan for producing the ideal citizens, but through athletics many challenges are presented to our children. Belief in athletic competition as a character builder, a physical conditioner, and an avenue for emotional growth is a foundation or beginning.
