For the first time in our local history of
Pop Warner Football & Cheer, our Pee Wee Cheer squad achieved
top honors by taking 5th place at the 2004 National Pop Warner
Cheerleading Competition held in Orlando Florida this week. The
journey began for our Pee Wee Cheerleaders by placing 3rd in division
at the Peninsula Pop Warner Cheer Competition held in October
which qualified our squad to compete at the Pacific Northwest
Region Cheer Competition held in Reno Nevada over the Thanksgiving
holidays. Hard work & dedication paid off with our girls taking
1st place in division and an invitation to perform and compete
at the National Pop Warner Cheerleading Competition held in Orlando
Florida. Our girls competed against 20 top teams from across the
United States and achieved 5th place overall. Many thanks to our
dedicated coaching staff and parents who assisted in preparing
our girls, and most of all the perseverance and dedication of
our girls! We are Proud of You!! THE RAIDERS ROCK DA HOUSE!
