In addition to the registration you completed through MHR you MUST also complete the following registration for the BASFL League.

PLAYER REGISTRATION

Steps to Register:

1. Fill out the player registration form (player and parent/guardian information)

2. Upload required documents

3. Sign the waiver

4. Complete payment

Player Registration Fee: $5

Player Photo Requirements (Headshot Only)

Please upload a HEAD SHOT ONLY:

• Shoulders and above

• Do NOT use the photo from an ID

• No hat

• No shades

• No shirtless photos

Age Verification (Required)

Upload ONE of the following:

• Birth Certificate

• Passport

• State ID

Important:

• If uploading a Birth Certificate, a Student Demographic Form and/or Student ID is required.

COACH REGISTRATION

Steps to Register:

1. Fill out the coach registration form

2. Upload coach photo

3. Complete payment through Stripe

Coach Photo Requirements (Headshot Only)

• Shoulders and above

• No hat

• No shades

Coach Registration Fee:

• $10 before February 15

• $25 after February 15

 Important: Registration is not complete without payment.
No payment = no registration and no confirmation email.
